We provide transparent pricing estimates, service comparisons, and secure booking functionalities. The specific details, inclusions, and exclusions of each cleaning type (e.g., Standard, Deep, Move-in/Move-out) are outlined during the booking process and are subject to the specific requests submitted by the user.

3. Booking and User Responsibilities

When submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding the property size, condition, and any special requirements. Failure to provide accurate details may result in adjusted pricing on the day of service or cancellation of the appointment.

• Users must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Any necessary parking arrangements or access codes must be provided in advance.
• Users are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to the cleaning service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Users may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee as outlined during the booking confirmation process, to compensate for reserved time slots.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the CleanBooking Hub platform are estimates based on the property parameters provided by the user. While we strive for transparent and accurate pricing, final costs may vary if the scope of work differs significantly from the original request. Payment authorization is required at the time of booking, and final charges are processed upon completion of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CleanBooking Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or services.
